Park Rules
We advise guests to carefully follow the instructions provided by the staff in charge of the individual attractions and reported on the signs inside and outside the park.

We inform you that it is not permitted:

• introduce glass or metal containers into the park
• diving into any pool, running and playing on the transfer routes and in any case outside the specially set up areas, playing games that are dangerous for the safety of others
• go down the slides with glasses
• go down the slides with objects that could be lost during the ride and in any case with jewellery and sharp objects that could cause injuries
• stop on the path and in the landing space of the arrival tanks (to avoid collisions)
• bring animals into the park (there is a free hotel for dogs and cats)
• eat under the umbrellas (equipped picnic areas available)

The Management declines all responsibility for impacts and/or collisions that occur within the water games, in the splash pools and within the Park in general.
Children under 100 cm tall may only use slides designated for them. Adults are requested not to use games reserved for children.
The Management is not responsible for damages caused by the imprudence, incompetence and negligence of the guests but only for those caused by breakages and/or malfunctions of the slides.
Lockers for the storage of personal items are available for a fee inside the park until stocks run out plus the release of a security deposit
The Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in lockers as well as for anything left unattended or forgotten inside the park.
Umbrellas and sunbeds are subject to charges until they run out; if umbrella tickets run out, the entrance ticket will not be refunded (large Green Area available).
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory for all swimming pools (also on sale inside the park).
On days with strong gusts of wind, to safeguard the safety of guests, the umbrellas must be closed.
In the event of dangerous weather conditions and/or prolonged power failure, the Management reserves the right to close individual attractions (even if exceptionally unavailable due to maintenance work) or the entire Park at any time, without owing any refund to visitors.

The Park is open from 10.00 to 18.30. To allow the attraction to close within the scheduled time, access to the queue may be closed early.
To play the games you need a healthy and robust constitution; the use is forbidden to sick subjects, in particular those with compromised skeletal bone system.

Only technical swimming clothing is permitted.
The purchase and use of the entrance ticket (not resalable or refundable for any reason) implies acceptance of our regulations.

Park under video surveillance and subject to video and photographic recording for security and advertising reasons (art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/16).
